Export control
EMT is putting in place its internal export-compliance program. Every future supply will be made in compliance with the multilateral control regimes (Wassenaar Arrangement, MTCR) and with the regulations on dual-use goods — Reg. (EU) 2021/821 — and on defense materials, in the country of origin and in the country of destination: only to authorized parties, subject to end-user verification and restrictive-measures screening.
Safety & quality
Design, verification and qualification methods structured taking the international standards (ECSS, ISO 9001, AS9100) as a technical reference. The company has not yet obtained system certifications: they are a stated goal for the coming years.
Defense configurations and variants are handled separately and made available exclusively to authorized entities, in any country, in compliance with applicable authorizations and subject to screening against restrictive measures and sanctions regimes in force. EMT reserves the right to refuse non-compliant requests.
