Export control
EMT is structuring its internal export-compliance program. Any future supply will comply with multilateral control regimes and with rules on export-controlled goods — including Regulation (EU) 2021/821 — in the country of origin and of destination, following end-user verification and screening of restrictive measures.
Safety & quality
Design, verification and qualification methods structured taking the international standards (ECSS, ISO 9001, AS9100) as a technical reference. The company has not yet obtained system certifications: they are a stated goal for the coming years.
Every case requires classification, screening of the party, end user, end use and destination, plus applicable authorisations. Availability is never indiscriminate by country and EMT refuses non-compliant requests.
